Bluedream grants, as provided by current European law, an easy and safe goods return, till thirty days from the delivery to the final address. If the goods would result to be broken or not working or they would not be what you thought, or in any way wrong, you can return them to Bluedream till and not over thirty days from the delivery to your address, following the procedure:
- Send to Bluedream, till ten days from the goods receipt, a registered letter or a communication using the official contact us page, reporting these data:
Name and Last Name
Invoice number, as written on the document you received inside the goods box
Optional description about the reason of the return (only to understand what's wrong and get better...your opinion do really matter!)
Wire transfer information, or Paypal account information, or request of a credit note for future purchase or every other method.
- Bluedream, received the registered letter or the communication, will send to the customer a code to be applied in clear over the return package.
Note: please DO NOT apply adhesive tapes, labels or glue directly over goods package to avoid any damage. Please remember that this item, if not returned because of a malfunction, will be sell again! We remember you the shipping costs are at customer charge.
- Once Bluedream receive the return, and check item and packaging integrity (the item would not be used, as prescribed by the law). it will refund the total amount to the customer, following the method communicated by this one. Any cost that will be supported by Bluedream to restore the item and any management fees and commissions (depending on the payment method used) will be charged to the customer, keeping it from the refunded total.
- The packaging, once arrived, is damaged or deformed
In this case DON'T pick it up! Tell the forwarder you refuse the delivery because the package is not accordant to what expected and to return the item to the sender. Please communicate immediately what happened to email@example.com. Once the item is returned, Bluedream will send another new item to the customer.
- The item inside the package is not the desired one:
Close the package and follow the instruction wrote on this page beginning.
- The item inside the package is not working properly or is visibly broken:
Contact Bluedream and proceed as described on the warranty procedure page.
- The item is not what you wanted, a feature is not the right one (e.g.: size, colour etc) or simply you changed your mind:
